How long does production take?
Most of our products are made to order. Production time depends on the size and complexity of the model, as well as our current workload. You can always find the estimated production time on the product page.
Each figure goes through multiple stages, including 3D printing, cleaning, sanding, assembly, and if you choose the Painted version professional hand painting. Because of this, production may take anywhere from several days to a few weeks or months.
What is the difference between the Painted and Unpainted versions?
Unpainted figures are fully cleaned and prepared for you to paint yourself.
Painted figures are fully assembled, professionally hand-painted, and ready for display.
Are your models officially licensed?
Our store offers both officially licensed products and fan-made creations.
Officially licensed products are clearly identified on their product pages. For our fan-made collectibles, we only work with creators whose models we are authorized to produce and sell under a valid commercial license.
We always recommend checking the product description, where you’ll find information about the creator and the type of product.
How are the figures packaged and shipped?
We ship worldwide.
Every figure is carefully wrapped in protective packaging and placed in a sturdy shipping box to ensure it arrives safely, even during international transport.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.
If your package arrives damaged, simply contact us with photos of the damage and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
No. The shipping price shown at checkout already includes all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related fees. You won’t have to pay any additional charges when your order is delivered.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as production has not started. We can update your shipping details, product variant, or size, or cancel your order.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible for made-to-order items.
What materials are your figures made from?
Our figures are printed using high-quality UV resin, which allows us to achieve exceptional detail and accuracy.
Resin is durable for display but can be damaged if dropped, so we recommend handling your figure with care.
Do you offer custom 3D printing?
Yes. If you already have your own STL file, we can professionally 3D print it and, if requested, also assemble and hand-paint it.
If you don’t have an STL file, we currently don’t create new custom 3D models from scratch. However, feel free to contact us before giving up. We have access to a large library of licensed 3D models, and many of them haven’t been added to our website yet. If you’re looking for a specific character or design, there’s a good chance we already have it or can help you find a suitable alternative.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed through trusted and secure payment gateways to keep your payment information safe.
For most orders, full payment is required before production begins. However, for larger or more expensive commissions, we may offer the option to pay a deposit first, with the remaining balance due before the finished figure is shipped.
