Complaints Procedure

I. General Provisions

This Complaints Procedure is prepared in accordance with Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code, Act No. 250/2007 Coll. on Consumer Protection, and Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on Consumer Protection in Distance Selling.

This procedure regulates the conditions for returning and claiming goods purchased in the online store www.gamestudio.world.


II. Return of Goods Within 30 Days

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Goods must be sent back to the Seller’s address:

Returned goods must be:
• undamaged,
• unused,
• in their original condition and packaging (if possible).

If the returned goods are damaged, worn, or soiled, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the return or reduce the refunded amount.


III. Complaints About Damaged Goods

If the Customer receives damaged goods, they are obliged to notify the Seller no later than 3 working days from the delivery of the shipment.

The complaint must be reported by email to info@gamestudio.world, together with:
• the order number,
• photographic evidence of the damage,
• a brief description of the problem.

The claimed goods must be sent back to the Seller’s address without cash on delivery. Goods sent with cash on delivery will not be accepted.


IV. Warranty

No statutory warranty is provided for goods purchased in the online store www.gamestudio.world.

Given the nature of the products (e.g., handmade items, custom 3D printing, fanart products, personalized goods), no warranty is provided unless expressly stated for a specific product.


V. Processing of Complaints

The Seller undertakes to process a legitimate complaint no later than 30 days from its receipt.

The Buyer will be informed about the outcome of the complaint by email.


VI. Final Provisions

This Complaints Procedure forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the online store www.gamestudio.world.

The Seller reserves the right to amend this Complaints Procedure. Amendments take effect on the day of their publication on the website.
